This evening he has spent a happy 3 hours putting it together according to the instructions (each piece has to go in the correct order or it doesn't work).
2 LED lights and a little cell battery later and it looked like this...
Its really tricky to photograph as there are so many different depths for the camera to focus on.
But with a help from the funky effects department and a little luck... I can make it go all pirates of the Caribbean!
Husband's favourite colour is orange, hence the colour of the lightbulb!
It's only about 10cms high but a fascinating little piece of gruesome frippery.
