Have you seen this book?

It gives you a beautiful, formal little picture that would have been in the original information book on an otherwise completely empty page. The aim of the book is that you add to the page with drawing or writing.

The illustrations are in brown on a light cream page.

So I used a brown fine-liner to stay in keeping...

and so the result, although not seamless, is still in keeping and makes it flow as a whole picture.
