Alien Spider Webs

One of the best things about Autumn (besides conkers, blackberry and apple crumble, new stationary for school and putting wellies on for walks in woods - I LOVE AUTUMN!!!) is the weird collection of spiders' webs you get in the garden. Some are elegant and mathematical (a sample of those to come soon) and others are just totally alien!

Today its the alien ones...

The top one is definitely related to the Racnoss from Dr Who ...
and the bottom one is the spider version of a trampoline or hammock!!
